By placing an order via this web-site you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Pricing

Please note that all prices are displayed exclusive of VAT which will be added during checkout at the current rate of 20%.

Free Delivery

There are no delivery fees to addresses within Mainland UK. This excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and UK off-shore Islands. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and UK off-shore Islands will be on a 48hr service and will be charged at £14.50.

Payment

Payment should be made at the point of purchase and we accept and process payments in a secure environment by the following credit/debit cards: Visa Visa Electron Mastercard Maestro (Switch) JCB Solo All transactions are in Pounds Sterling (£). We are unfortunately unable to accept cash payments except upon collection. Please note, all customers are required to create one secure online account in order to store order and delivery information. Please note that we do not retain, nor have access to, credit/debit card information.

VAT

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%

Deliveries

All orders are delivered by courier and can be any time between 8am and 5.30-pm. Our courier will attempt to deliver once. After this it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange the delivery. Please ensure you open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt, as mistakes cannot be rectified unless noted at the point of accepting your delivery.

All orders received before 3.00pm Monday – Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays), will be despatched same day for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability).

Orders received after 3.00pm, will be processed and despatched the following business day which, if received after 3pm on a Friday, will be the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please note that we do not process or despatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or during UK public bank holidays. On the rare occasion a stock out situation arises we will we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible.

Returns

Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return your purchase by calling us on 01785 760100 or by email on sales@allpacksolutions.co.uk. Please ensure you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning your item as we cannot accept liability for returned goods we do not receive. Please allow 2-3 working days for your package to reach us. We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours.

On receipt of the goods we will issue a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition. We are able to arrange collection of your purchase for return to us by our courier. Please contact us if you require this service to organise and make payment for the collection. Please note that we are not liable for any costs incurred when returning your purchase. Please return unwanted goods to:
